Metro Nova Communities knows that success in the real estate industry comes from a combination of experience and innovation. With a shared passion and vision for redeveloping Sacramento’s urban center, the principals of Metro Nova have over 100 combined years of professional experience, including the 12-story Meridian Plaza Building, Marriott Radisson Hotel and Capitol Park Penthouses. They are now turning their attention to Tapestri Square.
Tapestri Square, Midtown’s community of elegant brownstones, came out of Metro Nova’s work at Meridian Plaza. It was there that the developer noticed a growing number of homebuyers desiring new, upscale housing options in Midtown. When Metro Nova came across the site at 21st and U streets, they were struck by the location’s close proximity to area restaurants, museums and shopping in the midst of a historic residential area of Sacramento.
Rather than attempt a modern and dense condominium project at the site, they hired leading Sacramento architectural design firm, PHA, to create a design that could retain the neighborhood’s historic charm and style while catering to an upscale buyer. The result? A timeless brownstone-style community, meeting the desires of those looking for a lifestyle adjustment and young professionals looking to purchase their first home.
But they’re not stopping with Tapestri Square. Committed to Sacramento’s urban revival, Metro Nova is currently negotiating for their next big project—The Creamery. A mixed use development in the Alkali Flats neighborhood, Metro Nova expects to deliver 250 residential units and a dynamic public area combining shopping, restaurant, entertainment and work spaces by 2010.
As a local developer, Metro Nova Communities believes in the future of Sacramento’s midtown and downtown neighborhoods, promising to enhance an already thriving area with the utmost care, attention to detail and the highest quality construction. |
